● Development and implementation of sustainable Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) projects in low- and middle-income countries from an international development cooperation perspective
● Planning and implementation procedures for international development cooperation projects: project planning, agreement signing, case studies, and key considerations
● Case studies, implementation procedures, and key considerations for international development cooperation projects in the water sector: KOICA Creative Technology Solution (CTS) and Inclusive Business Solution (IBS) projects
● Case studies, implementation procedures, and key considerations for international development cooperation projects in the water sector: Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) and Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) projects

Lunch will be provided. Participants who complete the training will receive a certificate of completion and a small commemorative gift.

Employees of water-related companies, organizations, and public institutions, as well as researchers, graduate students, and others interested in international development cooperation
*Participants will be selected through an open recruitment process. If the number of applicants exceeds the available capacity, priority will be given to employees of water-related companies and organizations, followed by selection on a first-come, first-served basis.

*This training is the first course offered under the “2026 Capacity-Building Programme for Water Industry Employees” and is designed to enhance participants’ basic understanding of international development cooperation.
Additional programmes will be offered in the future, including training on carbon neutrality and ESG, advanced international development cooperation, global business planning, and consulting on overseas market entry strategies.
