The Center announced on July 20 that it is participating as one of seven UNESCO Category 2 Centers in Korea in the joint exhibition "Heritage To Humanity," held in commemoration of the 48th Session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee at BEXCO, Busan, from July 20 to 29, 2026.
Featuring key activities from Category 2 Centers in Korea, including APCEIU and WHIPIC, the exhibition also highlights efforts to address challenges facing humanity, such as climate change and conflict. The seven institutions, including the Center, will also hold a reporting session on July 27 to share their achievements and future project plans.
Participating in this joint exhibition is significant in that it publicized the Center's contributions, as a member of Korea's UNESCO Category 2 Centers Council, to realizing UNESCO's values and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
